Why we built Stella
We've been an IT service provider for over 15 years — serving medical practices, trades businesses and mid-sized companies. Over the years we've worked with Atera, HaloPSA, sevdesk, Lexware, Zammad, Outlook, Excel spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups. Always the same story: 4-5 tools, data maintained twice, time entries lost between apps, invoices going out too late.
In 2025 we made a decision: we'd build it ourselves. One platform that covers everything — CRM, tickets, RMM, accounting, telephony, customer portal. For German small and mid-sized businesses — from trades & crafts to agencies and consulting, all the way to tax & bookkeeping firms, training providers and IT service providers. With GoBD, GDPR and the realities of German hosting.
The Team
Dalbir Singh (Managing Director) is building Stella with a small but dedicated team. We're Stella users ourselves (eat your own dog food): our entire IT service operation runs on Stella, so every bug is felt immediately.
